Spray ADAPTIL Transport directly in the car, inside the carrier, or on your dog’s bedding or blanket that will be used in the car. After 15 minutes your dog can enter the sprayed area.

The effects of ADAPTIL Transport spray last between 4 and 5 hours.

Each dog might react slightly differently.

Spray 8 to 10 pumps of ADAPTIL Transport for each application.

• A 20 ml bottle provides about 16 applications (based on 8 sprays/application)
• A 60 ml bottle provides about 50 applications (based on 8 sprays/application)

• If your dog’s issues are not related to stress, ADAPTIL Calm will not help.
• If your dog’s issues are due to a lack of proper training (hyperactivity, over-excitement), ADAPTIL Calm will not help.
• If your dog’s issues are due to boredom, ADAPTIL Calm will not help.
• If your dog is housesoiling due to a lack of toilet training, or due to medical reasons, ADAPTIL Calm will not help. It is important to consult a veterinarian to rule out potential medical issues.
• ADAPTIL Calm will not help and should never be used in cases of aggression towards humans or other dogs. In such situations, we strongly recommend consulting your vet or an accredited behaviourist.

ADAPTIL Calm helps dogs adapt to everyday stressful situations they face living with us. The ADAPTIL Calm Collar releases "appeasing messages" to comfort and reassure your dog at home and when they are out and about.

It is the ideal solution to help your dog with stress-related issues, such as:

• loud noises, such as fireworks or thunderstorms
• issues when staying in a kennel (barking, whining, pacing...)
• showing signs of fear when on walks
• support during training.

Most dogs will benefit from continuous use of ADAPTIL Calm Collar to create a reassuring environment at home and when they are out and about. The minimum recommended duration is one month.

ADAPTIL Calm Collar size S is recommended for dogs up to 15 kg (neck measurement up to 37.5cm).

ADAPTIL Calm Collar size M/L is recommended for dogs up to 50 kg (neck measurement up to 62.5cm).

The collar should be fitted snugly around your dog’s neck at all times (except if bathing your dog using shampoo).

• After removing from the packaging, place a finger in the plastic loop situated on the inside of the collar close to the buckle
• Use this loop pull to uncoil the collar
• Feed the end through the buckle
• Place over your dog’s head
• Tighten the collar to fit snugly on your dog’s skin
• You should be able to place no more than 2 fingers between the collar and your dog’s skin
• Ensure the collar is secure
• Cut off any excess portion of the collar
• When ADAPTIL Calm Collar comes in contact with the skin, your dog’s body temperature warms the collar resulting in the diffusion of “appeasing messages” into the local environment
• The collar should remain on your dog at all times (except when using shampoo).

The ADAPTIL Calm Collar will start to work immediately upon being fitted to your dog. Be sure to adjust the collar properly and check regularly to ensure a proper fit (if the collar is too loose, it will not be warmed enough by your dog’s body heat).

Many dog parents start to see results within the first 7 days. However, every dog is unique. Depending on how long the signs have been present and how severe the signs may be, it may take longer to see an improvement.

One collar lasts 30 days. It is recommended to replace the collar every 4 weeks, to ensure continued reassurance to your dog.
