Ceva Animal Health Ltd, located at Explorer House, Mercury Park, Wycombe Lane, Wooburn Green, Bucks, HP10 0HH; Tel: 01628 334 056, Company number 3085474, e-mail address [contact@adaptil.co.uk] (hereinafter "Ceva" or the “Organizer”) organizes a commercial operation under the name “Decoder course of Dog Body Language Program” (the “Operation”), during the limited period from 23^rd September 2024 to (the “Operation Period”).

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern participation in the Operation organized by Ceva. The Terms do not replace the Terms Of Service (“TOS”) of the website http://www.adaptil.co.uk, accessible at the following address: Terms Of Service | ADAPTIL & ThunderShirt, and come in addition to the TOS.

1.2. By participating in the Operation, participants accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Participation

2.1. The Operation is exclusively open to any natural person of at least eighteen (18) years of age, with legal capacity, and who have been selected beforehand by Ceva as having made at least two (2) purchases over 20£  on the website http://www.adaptil.co.uk during the past 365 days at the 1^st date of the “Operation Period”. 

2.2. The participants so selected will receive a notification by email, sent by Ceva, and informing them that, when for their next purchase of any product on the website http://www.adaptil.co.uk, the course named “DOG BODY LANGUAGE COURSE VIRTUAL PRODUCT” (the “Course”) will automatically added to their cart as a free product.

2.3. As soon as this purchase is completed in accordance with the terms of Sales of the website http://www.adaptil.co.uk, the selected participant (“Final Participant”) will be entitled to the Course, accessible on a partner platform as described below.

3. Access to the Course

3.1. The Course is provided by Ceva’s partner TalentLMS, and is accessible via the login webpage  dbluk.ceva.pro.

3.2. To access the Course, TalentLMS shall send by email to every Final Participant the link to the course, their username and unique password, and the dates and access modalities.

3.3. If Final Participant does not login into TalentLMS platform over 72 hours, then TalentLMS will send one follow up reminder.

3.4. Loging into TalentLMS platform implies automatically for the Final Participant to accept terms of service of TalentLMS. Otherwise, accessing TalentLMS platform shall be denied.

4. Liability

4.1. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for technical problems or service interruptions of the TalentLMS platform.

4.2. The Organizer disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Operation or the use of the Course.

5. Data Protection

Selected participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Art. VIII of the TOS, as far as these personal data are collected by Ceva. The collection and/or treatment of personal data and/processed by TalentLMS platform are under TalentLMS’s liability.

6. Modifications and Cancellation

6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Operation at any time, without notice.

6.2. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to participants by email.

7. Governing Law

All the provisions contained in the Terms will be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). This choice of law does not affect the user's right to benefit from the applicable consumer protection regulations in its country of residence.
